We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase (Daily Deals Excluded). Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase.
Returns must meet these guidelines:
Shipping Charges are Non-Refundable.
In order to process any exchanges, we ask all customers to send us a Self-Addressed Stamped Envelope (For Replacement Shipment) along with the product, your name, address and phone number. Please make sure you put enough postage on the return envelope or USPS will send it back for proper postage due. If Self-Addressed Stamped Envelope does not have correct postage, exchange will not be sent. Go to your local USPS location for correct postage information.
Undeliverable Packages or Unclaimed Packages returned to us will be assessed a return shipping fee equal to the original shipping amount in addition to the original shipping charges to cover the fees assessed to MG Direct, LLC by USPS, UPS or FedEx for returning the package to us. If the customer requests the package to be re-shipped to them the original shipping charges must again be paid.
We offer Shipping Insurance on all packages for a nominal fee. Please be advised (By choosing NOT to insure your package you understand that this store is NOT responsible for any loss or damage to the package or its contents incurred during shipping).
There is a 20% restocking fee on all returns.
There is an applicable Merchant Fee for any refunds, returns or erroneous transactions. A minimum $3.00 for processed orders upto $99.99 and 3% for processed orders of $100.00 and over.
In order to process any returns, we ask all customers to send us back the product (at your own cost) along with the following items:
